Job Summary
We are seeking a results‑oriented and strategic Immigration Transformation Manager to lead several high‑impact projects that shape and optimise our service delivery model. This individual will be instrumental in enhancing operational processes, leveraging technology, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement to improve efficiency, quality and client satisfaction.
Delivery Model Transformation
- Strategy Development: Design, develop, and implement innovative solutions and strategies to transform the current immigration service delivery model.
- Process Re‑engineering: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows and lead process re‑engineering efforts using Lean Six Sigma.
- Technology Integration: Champion digital transformation initiatives, overseeing selection and implementation of new technologies, automation and case management software.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives to ensure a smooth transition to new operational models, addressing cultural shifts and minimising resistance.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and implement new KPIs to measure success and effectiveness of the transformed delivery model.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, HR, Legal and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems across the organisation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Law degree (LLB/JD or equivalent). Professional certification such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma or GMS is highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum seven years experience in corporate immigration at a global law firm, with at least three years in a management role and demonstrable experience leading process improvement or transformation projects.
- Expertise: Extensive, up‑to‑date knowledge of national and international immigration laws, policies, KPI/SLA contractual demands and procedures.
- Project & Change Management: Proven project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives and drive organisational change effectively.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and data analysis skills to identify trends, measure performance and make data‑driven decisions.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and guiding teams through significant change.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and new challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Tech‑Savvy: Interest in AI application use in professional services is strongly preferred; proficiency in immigration case management software/CRM and general technological literacy.
