Job Description

This role is focused on assisting with the immigration requirements of our clients employees. It involves ensuring adherence to immigration laws and regulations and delivering outstanding client service. The caseworker plays a vital role, whether they are assigned to a global account or a specific geographic region. They engage in close collaboration with clients, individual employees, legal teams, government entities, and various stakeholders. This collaboration is essential for facilitating efficient and well‑coordinated immigration processes. The caseworkers responsibilities are crucial in managing the complexities of immigration procedures and ensuring successful outcomes for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a contact for corporate clients, offering tailored immigration advice and plans.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end immigration processes, including visa and permit applications.
  • Prepare and review accurate immigration forms and supporting materials.
  • Ensure adherence to immigration laws, mitigating legal risks.
  • Provide updates to clients, address inquiries, and liaise with authorities.
  • Work with consulates, agencies, and third‑party providers to resolve issues.
  • Guide junior team members on immigration procedures and case management.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English at a minimum of B2 level in both speaking and writing.
  • Fluent Polish is a must for this role.
  • Higher education, preferably in administration, or a related field.
  • A positive attitude toward learning and acquiring new processes.
  • Demonstrated responsibility for assigned tasks and adherence to deadlines.
  • Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Openness to international collaboration and working with clients from different cultural backgrounds.
