Job description: Provide front-line support to our clients across phone, email, web chat, WhatsApp, and social media. Answer queries from the client base on all products and platforms. Resolve trade queries and disputes. Deal and execute trades for clients over the phone (after relevant training) - this is execution-only dealing. Provide clients with technical support with front-end platforms and chart packages. Conduct audit checks and client administration tasks. Participate in and run various local and international projects or initiatives.
