We are looking for people with customer service experience to join our new team created as the first line support for solving our company’s internal issues and service request related to IFS (ERP system). Our goal is to support employees by defining the issue and solving it. We are also monitoring the current errors in the system using built-in parameter dashboard.
Your daily tasks will include resolving incidents, fulfilling service requests and monitoring on a daily basis.
A new team will be supported by another team – IFS Experts. What is more, you dont need to be familiar with the IFS system, because we have instructions on some of the most common problems. Attitude to learn is more important for us than the technical knowledge.

You are a helpful, customer-oriented person, problem solving oriented, not afraid of the challenges of acquiring new skills. It is important for us to be open-minded and ready to work together by sharing knowledge and being able to speak freely.
Moreover, you should demonstrate experience gained in a related field and you need to know English on a corporate level (you will use spoken and written English on a daily basis), be able to organize work to match the schedules and be a process-oriented person. If you know IFS or other ERP systems, it will be an asset.

Work model: from 01.06 to 31.08 we will work from the office in Gdansk. After this period we will work only 3 days a month from office.
