• We are looking for an Identity Security Engineer to support identity and privileged access management solutions for a global automotive organization. You will design and deploy secure identity controls for users and vendors.

• Implement identity security projects
• Define technical roadmaps
• Write technical documentation
• Share knowledge with internal teams
• Provide 3rd-level support for identity security incidents
• Perform root cause analysis on identity security issues
• Participate in policy and requirement creation
• Translate requirements into technical solution designs
• Implement and maintain identity security solutions

• 6–10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in cyber or security engineering
• Strong knowledge in identity security and secure system design
• Experience in troubleshooting and complex problem solving
• Experience in multi-vendor outsourcing environments
• Industry certifications (CISSP, CEH, CISA, Security+, GSEC)
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work from the office in Wrocław 1 times a week
• Residing in Poland required
