PwC Poland’s cybersecurity team is made up of 50 specialists. We help companies design cybersecurity strategies, monitor or incident response processes, and support the implementation of specific security systems. We combine knowledge of business processes and current cyber threats with experience from security audits, penetration testing, and operational support services for SOC teams.
Role responsibilities
- Deliver identity and access management (IAM, PAM, CIAM) projects for clients across various industries.
- Design and implement IAM/CIAM solutions to improve security and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, prepare implementation materials.
- Lead small to medium sized technical teams and manage project delivery.
- Configure, operate, and troubleshoot IGA/PAM/CIAM solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Delinea, Microsoft, ForgeRock, Ping, Okta.
- Apply DevOps principles in IAM/CIAM environments.
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with IGA/PAM/CIAM solutions (6 years for Senior position).
- Strong knowledge of identity governance, privileged access and customer identity management processes.
- Experience in technical leadership and project management.
- Practical skills in installing, upgrading and operating IAM/CIAM tools.
- Good understanding of DevOps principles.
Nice to have
- Experience managing multiple IAM/CIAM projects simultaneously.
- Certifications in IAM, CIAM, cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP) or project management.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 or NIST security standards.
