Develop and execute the vision for identity management, aligning with the overall I&AM and Security strategy,
Drive initiatives to enhance security, improve user experience, and increase operational efficiency,
Lead and mentor a team of identity management professionals and foster a collaborative and innovative environment,
Oversee Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) deployment, and passwordless authentication solutions,
Define and host cloud access management (Azure AD, Azure Administration),
Participate in projects to ensure standard processes and procedures are implemented when rolling out new provisioning and role management points,
Manage directory services, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) operations, and Certificate Authority administration,
Drive automation of identity management tasks and provide integration support for various applications and services,
Ensure proper provisioning, lifecycle management, and session management for privileged accounts.
requirements-expected :
Graduate Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Audit, Risk, or related field,
Minimum of 7 years of experience in identity management or related fields,
Industry-recognized certification in security (e.g., CAMS, CIAM, CISSP, CISA, CISM, etc.) or equivalent are highly desirable,
Proven track record of successfully leading identity management teams,
In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends,
Proficient in English,

Strong understanding of identity and access management principles
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and PKI
