On behalf of our client, a global company delivering innovative healthcare solutions, we are looking for an Identity Management Lead. As a leader, you will manage and develop the Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) program, focusing on the implementation of the IGA solution. You will collaborate with architects, application owners, service providers, and vendors to design, specify, and implement the IGA solution. Finally, you will ensure that the IGA solution meets the organizations business needs and aligns with our IT and IT Security strategies and plans.

Our client expects you to present subject matter expertise with all aspects of SailPoint and experience building cohesive solutions with other IAM, Security, and Enterprise tools. You will have the opportunity to contribute your expertise to their team and play a vital role in the success of our IGA program. Role & Responsibilities:

• Be the focal point for Identity Management, ensuring that all processes, policies, and information security requirements are met.
• Direct the overall Identity Management.
• Ensure operational and strategic support, collaborating with Business Segments, group IT, and external providers.
• Take part in solutions delivery lifecycle, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders, IAM product vendors, and managed service providers.
• Take measures to analyze or enhance value creation, maintaining operational performance of systems, including platform SailPoint.

Requirements

• Demonstrate extensive experience in:
  • designing, building, configuring, and implementing Identity Management platforms like SailPoint;
  • interpreting architecture, designs, and business requirements to develop and implement IT security solutions that span multiple technologies, businesses, and geographies;
  • applications and business services integration with solutions like SailPoint and CyberArk.
• Profound knowledge of identity management lifecycle, including request, approval, role-based provisioning, certification, authentication, authorization, and privileged/role-based access management.
• Certification in CISSP, CISM, IAM/PAM Products.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management and across multiple lines of business and corporate functions.
• Advanced level of English and German.
