As an ICT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the entire factory, staying in close contact with users. Your skills will help troubleshoot IT hardware and software problems and support daily operations.

responsibilities :

effectively supporting IT Operations activities for Arjo Poland,
direct and indirect contact with users,
managing user and computer accounts in accordance with Arjo global standards,
troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software incidents,
offering advice and guidance to users and other IT colleagues where necessary and/ or appropriate work around/s to incidents and problems,
supporting the activities of Arjos global IT teams.

requirements-expected :

minimum of 1,5 years of experience in a similar position, providing end-user support for laptops, desktops, applications and telecommunications,
fluent English (B2 level) and Polish,
experience with MS Active Directory,
experience with the use of BMC Remedy/Helix or similar service desk system,
experience with Apple IOS, Android and Mobile Device Management,
experience with installation/updating/troubleshooting with computers and servers based on MS Windows,
experience with SCCM (preferred),
experience with Wireless Networks and Mobile Solutions,
self-reliance,
high communication skills,
ability to work in a team,
ability to organize work time well, punctuality,
ability to think analytically, define problems and find solutions.
