Overview
Responsibilities
- Define, maintain and set standards for the Group ICT Risk Management Framework and ICT Risk Management Policy in accordance to regulatory requirements.
- Oversee policies specified in Group ICT Risk Management Framework. Support and monitor local implementation.
- Aggregate results of entity specific risk assessments and provide UI Group ICT risk reports to the C-Board
- Development and maintenance of a DORA compliance response catalogue (quarterly / adhoc reviews)
- SPOC /coordinator for DORA related internal and external audit requests
- Assistance on individual DORA questions from clients/prospects not covered by Response Catalogue
- Support UI group entities, in particular UID, in carrying out IT risk assessments, developing risk measures and setting up and maintaining the IT risk inventory
- Close cooperation with the Information Security Management (ISM) organization of UI group
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in the field of ICT risk management, information security management, IT auditing or a comparable position in auditing or consulting.
- Successfully completed university or technical college studies in computer science, IT security, economics or business administration
- Preferably previous exposure to financial service institutions
- Practical experience in the conception, integration and control of risk management processes and in leading projects
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Very good verbal and written English language skills, German language skills are additional asset
