IBP Analyst – Olympus Corporation
We are looking for an experienced IBP Analyst to join our team.
Zakres obowiązków
- Own the data analysis of the assigned domain of responsibility within IBP, such as analyses on demand trend and mix changes, actual performance vs. plan, operational feasibility, inventory profile, financial impact of demand/supply plans, portfolio management and scenario planning.
- Collect, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure transparency, consistency, and reliability of both operational and master data.
- Analyze datasets and deliver actionable insights to IBP stakeholders, enabling fact‑based decision making across each IBP review cycle.
- Design and develop dashboards in Power BI to provide clear visibility into actual performance, variances, and plan adjustments.
- Build and maintain scalable data models to accelerate future dashboard development and ensure consistency across reporting.
- Collaborate with the Global SC Planning team and other relevant IBP stakeholders to accelerate the journey towards a performance culture.
- Identify which data are needed to answer business questions and visualise data best.
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team, IT and regional counterparts to increase data reliability, accessibility and master data accuracy.
Wymagane kwalifikacje
- University bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or Data Sciences or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years related experience.
- Proven experience in collecting, transforming, and modelling data in Power BI (star schema design, relationships, calculation groups) from multiple sources (ERP, Synapse, Snowflake, Excel).
- High level proficiency in SQL and Power BI (Desktop & Service); advanced use of M (Power Query) and DAX.
- Experience translating data into actionable insights and consulting business stakeholders on data‑driven decisions.
- Past experience managing analytics in fragmented, low‑maturity environments.
- Strong collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, bridging technology with business teams.
- Adaptability and ability to prioritise in a challenging environment.
