As an IAM Tech Developer, you will be working for our client, a prominent financial institution undergoing a transformation of its Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. This strategic initiative, targeted for completion in 2026, aims to enhance security, resilience, and automation across the organization. You will join a dynamic engineering team, contributing to the automation and customization of the chosen PAM COTS solution. Your role will involve working with cutting-edge technologies in a highly regulated, global environment to ensure seamless integration and operation of the PAM platform.

Your main responsibilities:

• Automating application build, configuration, and maintenance within a Windows environment
• Creating and managing PowerShell scripts
• Managing code repositories within GitHub
• Building automation tasks to be deployed using Ansible
• Writing APIs to obtain or send parameters to and from target systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Collaborating with global teams to ensure smooth integration
• Contributing to the overall security and resilience of the PAM platform
• Ensuring accountability for deliverables and meeting project schedules
• Being a positive team player within a large program

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Proven experience automating application build, configuration, and maintenance within a Windows environment
• Strong skills in Ansible, PowerShell, GitHub, and REST
• Extensive Windows operating system experience and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in developing with at least one scripting language
• Ability to work unsupervised and strong communication skills
• Experience working in a highly regulated global environment
• Proven track record of delivering to schedule
• Strong team collaboration skills

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Experience with PAM tools, preferably Delinea Secret Server
• MS-SQL experience
• Experience with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management solutions
• Experience working with global teams within a large banking organization
