We are looking for you, if you have:
- experience working with processes and standards related to Identity and Access Management,
- ability to understand and read policies, processes and standards and apply them in daily work,
- ability to analyze reported issues, troubleshoot them, identify gaps and propose solutions,
- experience with providing customer support in IAM and / or IT,
- basic knowledge of risk concepts, risk management, compliance driven mindset,
- ability to write documentation, communication and knowledge articles in English.
You will get extra points for:
- experience with risk control evidencing,
- experience with coordinating small / medium projects,
- good knowledge of Excel or other tools for data analysis,
- very good communication skills in English,
- excellent team player - persistent, service oriented, customer centric, eager to learn,
- commitment, accuracy, independence, ability and willingness to learn quickly.
Your key responsibilities
- supporting end users with maintaining IAM, managing authorization models and resolving access issues,
- providing consultations & support in global IAM programs & projects,
- maintaining and / or supporting IAM processes and operations,
- delivering IAM related trainings, consultations, attending & leading workshops,
- maintaining IAM data in global IAM tools, i.e. performing data clean-ups, updates,
- supporting other team operations.
