We are supporting one of our international consulting partners in finding an experienced IAM Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and AWS IAM.
This is an opportunity to join a global organization, where you’ll play a key role in designing secure, automated, and scalable identity solutions.

Recruitment Process:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management
• Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD and Active Directory
• Proven experience with AWS IAM (roles, policies, STS, federation)
• Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools
• Good understanding of authentication and authorization protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect
• Scripting/automation experience (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (CloudTrail, Azure Monitor, SIEM solutions)
• Solid understanding of security principles and least privilege access
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, or CISSP
• Experience in Agile or DevOps environments
