IAM SME

For our client, we are looking for a talented IAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join the team and help strengthen our identity and access management capabilities. As an IAM SME, you will be responsible for developing and managing authentication control policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with various teams. Your expertise will be crucial in driving successful outcomes for IAM change initiatives and managing residual risks effectively.
Project information:
- Location: Kraków (hybrid model of work - once a week from the office)

- Remuneration: 150 - 160 PLN net + VAT per hour on B2B

Your tasks:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining authentication control policies and procedures to ensure the protection of sensitive data and systems. Monitoring authentication control activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and reporting on this by introducing relevant Key Control Indicators (KCI"s).
- Collaborating (as the control SME) with cross-functional teams, including Cybersecurity, IT, and business units, to ensure authentication control strategies align with organisational goals and requirements.
- Managing authentication control lifecycle activities, including authentication credential generation, distribution, storage, use, and destruction.
- Supporting the business in ensuring IDAM control outcomes are met for IT Assets/Services.
- Providing a streamlined experience for key stakeholders across 3LOD for the management, monitoring, and reporting of control effectiveness for IT Assets/Services.
- Offering Subject Matter Expertise on Group control operations and ensuring residual risk is managed.
- Understanding and executing against the design and operation of the IDAM Control Exceptions (ICE) process and tooling.
- Monitoring and managing operating effectiveness and residual risk of IT Assets/Services.
- Managing and implementing enhancements to control processes and tooling by working with key stakeholders to produce detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Supporting the business with the use of control tools, including triaging queries, troubleshooting, and training.
- Continuously and proactively seeking to enhance, streamline, and automate processes where possible.
- Supporting communications to stakeholders throughout.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Cybersecurity and IAM controls, including support for IAM change initiatives.
- Strong technical and architectural skills are desirable.
- Relevant qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to make timely and rational decisions based on relevant information.
- Experience working within an Identity and Access Management Controls function.
- Familiarity with internal and external audit processes and regulatory requirements.
- Strong data analytical skills to review different application feeds.
- Ability to analyse data and produce detailed management MI (management information).
- Strong process mapping skills.
- Accountability for deliverables with a proven track record of on-time delivery.
