THE WORK:

  • Provide L2/L3 support for IAM, AM, and PAM incidents, ensuring timely resolution and dedicated to ongoing improvement in system reliability and security.
  • Secure privileged account access, monitor tools like SailPoint and CyberArk, and resolve performance issues, motivated to embrace new opportunities in advanced technology solutions.
  • Troubleshoot provisioning, authentication, and session management while performing system maintenance and health checks, thriving on continuous advancement in technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with vendors to enhance services, address challenges, and implement solutions, committed to constant progress in optimizing IAM/PAM systems.
  • Support upgrades, migrations, and compliance standards, proactively enhancing skills to maintain secure and efficient infrastructure.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Requirements:

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and oral), complemented by strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven hands-on experience with SailPoint IIQ and/or CyberArk PAM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, privileged access controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve L2/L3 incidents related to IAM and PAM tools.
  • Hands-on experience with backups, patching, job scheduling, and other administrative tasks, familiarity with ITSM tools.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience with Imprivata OneSign.
  • Relevant certifications such as SailPoint Certified Identity Professional, CyberArk Defender, or equivalent.
