For our client, a Global BigPharma company, we realize a recruitment process on the position IAM Operations Manager.
responsibilities :
Building operations capabilities within Core Identitty Services team to design processes, ensure proper documentation, implement best practices and manage on-call scheduling
Collaborating with Product Owners to contribute larger initiatives within Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure
Shaping the team, processes and ensure operational excellence
Manage both internal and external IAM Operations Engineers team working globally with different time zones
Being close to business site and connecting with the community within organization for collaboration, networking and onboarding by travelling to head quarter in Denmark within 10-15 days per year
Daily tasks including: supporting IAM Ops team including planning on-call duties, supporting insourcing activities and developing operations processes, resource allocation within PKI, DNS and AD, ensuring fast resolution of major and critical incidents, root cause analysis, planning and executing IAM Ops development (roadmap, budget while cooperation with PO), utilize data for monitoring and metrics, ensuring compliance with policies and standards
The role includes hiring, training and mentoring external employees with support of local People Leader in Cloud and Corporate Infrastructure
Cooperating with the other teams and stakeholders among others Network Operations, Security, Global IT Support, auditors to ensure operational excellence
Identifying and implementing IAM Ops tools, processes and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
requirements-expected :
Higher education level within IT or similar are preferred
At least 5 years of experience within IAM or Infra Ops areas in a large organization
At least 3 years of experience as Operations Manager responsible for setting-up processes, documentation, managing on-call support and acting as backup support or acting as 3 level
Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, principles and technologies e.g. identity lifecycle management, access management, authentication, authorization, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication or privileged access management
Proficiency with IAM operations tools like IAM platforms, directories, databases, monitoring, ticket systems
Ability to work under pressure and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Very strong soft skills like communication, collaboration including leadership skills
Excellent English skills both written and spoken – you will be part of the global organization
