As the IAM Operations Manager for Identity & Access Management SailPoint IdentityIQ Service, you will lead the operational activities of IAM systems, ensuring robust identity governance and administration. Your role involves managing compliance, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and collaborating with key stakeholders, to align IAM services with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring reliable operations.
Lead communication and collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless IAM integration and performance.
Manage the incident and problem resolution processes, ensuring swift and effective responses and minimizing service disruptions.
Drive initiatives to optimize IAM processes, including automation, performance tuning, and infrastructure improvements.
Conduct capacity planning and contribute to the development of strategic goals for SailPoint IdentityIQ infrastructure.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers.
Monitor system performance and compliance metrics, generating reports and insights for senior management.
Oversee the monitoring and management of SailPoint IdentityIQ infrastructure in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure), ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency.
Work closely with Microsoft SQL database administrators to optimize SailPoint IdentityIQ system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Conduct ongoing monitoring of Technical Data Quality (TDQ) of identities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date identity information.
Manage the timely cancellation, disablement, and deletion of identities in target applications integrated with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Perform assessment of applications currently onboarded through all available integration methods to identify gaps in governance (Offboarding, maintenance and modifications).
Assist the service team in defining governance controls for application lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing management, and offboarding.
Application health check monitoring.
Deploy observability tools to the environment.
