Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a key element of the Information Security Strategy and Framework and plays a vital role in our digital ecosystem.
As a Senior Expert Analyst in Identity Management, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our IAM architecture and strategy. responsibilities :
Assist in developing and executing the vision for identity management, aligning with the overall I&AM strategy
Mentor junior analysts and foster innovation
Architect and implement complex IAM solutions
Work closely with IT Security, Enterprise Architecture, and other teams
Rapidly address security incidents and troubleshoot complex issues related to identity management
Act as design authority for IAM tools and processes
requirements-expected :
Graduate Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Audit, Risk, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, identity management or related fields
Industry-recognized certification in security (e.g., CAMS, CIAM, SC-300/900) or equivalent a highly appreciated
Proven track record of successfully delivery complex IAM projects in large environments
In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends
Proficient in English
In-depth knowledge of identity and access management principles
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and PKI
Vast experience with SSO, MFA, Privileged Access Management and federation services (e.g. Okta, PingIdentity, Entra AD, CyberArk or similar)
Knowledge in Azure Identity principles and solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving skills in complex IAM scenarios
