We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to join our team at Sopra Steria Polska, for a client that provides technological and operational support for the French postal service.
Tech stack on the project: Linux Red Hat, Scripting (Python, Shell, Ansible), IBM & Inetum solutions, JBOSS
responsibilities :
Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for the STCA (Socle Technique de Contrôle d’Accès) – solution based on IBM and Inetum Software products, formerly ILEX IAM Platform)
Contribute to problem resolution (GDP process).
Handle incident resolution as Level 2 support (incident types P0, P1)
Provide support for connecting applications to the IAM STCA solution.
Participate in the evolution of the STCA solution to meet new needs of the Client’s IT department.
Participate in the deployment and monitoring of high-privilege access (PAM).
Identify improvement opportunities for IAM processes and tools.
Ensure operational maintenance of Client’s platforms.
Ensure operational maintenance of application components within your scope and report on actions taken.
Contribute to maintaining the Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) and participate in test campaigns.
Contribute to monitoring Quality of Service (QS) in line with contractual commitments.
Contribute to performance improvements of application components and integration chains, including preventive actions.
Perform technical operations on directories and their data feeds (STCA Intranet).
Handle incoming calls.
Ensure execution of tasks specified in requests, following established processes.
Handle incident resolution.
On-call duty outside working hours paid extra
requirements-expected :
French language at min. B2.
Minimum 2 years of experience as Infrastructure Engineer,
IT Service Management & Collaboration Tools: ServiceNow, Jira
