Who we are?

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is a part of Cybersecurity Services (CyS) division. The IAM team tries to answer the following question: “How should user accounts be propagated across the IT systems of an organization to allow for effective and secure access to the most critical and key resources of the company?” A perfect candidate should be interested in finding an answer to this question, as well as in finding approaches to constantly improve processes of account synchronization.

We are currently looking for an IAM Engineer.

What will you do?

• Design, develop, test, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions. Ensure that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss.
• Identify, analyze and resolve system design weaknesses. Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions. Determine and recommend the most appropriate response to identified more complex problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization.
• Ensure the maintenance and monitoring of IAM systems. Troubleshoot, support and resolve system incidents, problems and changes, as required.
• Design reusable strategies, decisions, service components, libraries and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services.
• Plan and live deployment of IAM turnkey solutions including onboarding of client applications.
• Provide level 2 and level 3 support for clients and coordinate as needed with the technology vendors (performing diagnosis on incidents, implementing standard changes to the infrastructure).
• Support business development (bids) including defining scope of work and interacting with clients and the vendors as required during the proposal development as a part of project and developer teams.

Technology:

• Must have: Linux/Windows/LDAP+SQL
• Experience in one of the IAM solutions such as: CyberArk, NetIQ, Oracle, Evidian, ForgeRock, OIM, Radius, RSA, PKI, SailPoint, Shibboleth, Thycotic, BeyondTrust, Wallix, Ping Identity.

Additional skills would be a plus:

• Java, C#, C/C++
• Cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.

Skills:

• Experience with one or more aforementioned programming languages.
• Hands-on technical experience in systems integration or software engineering of identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
• Experience with information security concepts such as authentication and access control.
• Experience with Linux/Unix, Windows, and scripting.
