• We are looking for a highly skilled IAM Engineer to join our client’s team in Warsaw on a long-term contract.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IAM engineering or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of IAM protocols and security standards, including SSO, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft IAM technologies, such as MIM, Active Directory, and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell or Python) for automation of identity lifecycle tasks.
• Experience with IAM configuration and troubleshooting, including MIM Portal/Sync and rules extensions.
• Understanding of identity governance processes, including joiner/mover/leaver flows and access reviews.
• Basic familiarity with .NET technologies (e.g., C#, .NET Framework).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

,[Manage and oversee the Identity and Access Management (IAM) system, including Microsoft Identity Manager., Assess IAM risks and propose solutions to minimize them., Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 support for IAM services., Work closely with teams in the DOS Sector (e.g., infrastructure, networks, and systems)., Establish and apply best practices for IAM services and workflows., Develop and update detailed documentation for operational processes, procedures, and configurations., Assist development teams across development, UAT, and production environments with IAM services and processes.
