We are looking for a new team member for the position of Senior IAM Engineer who will drive the work of defining, developing, and implementing an IAM solution that reduces risk and provides resiliency while accelerating business initiatives. The person we are looking for will be working collaboratively with EntraID, Cloud, Network, and Security Architects across the Falck Global organization as well as HR and business stakeholders.

,[Design, deploy, and maintain IAM solutions to manage internal and external user access to our applications and services;, Develop, implement, and maintain automated IAM workflows and processes, e.g. joiner/mover/leaver processes;, Provide support with operational tasks and incidents in IAM related areas;, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other platforms and applications in a hybrid environment;, Collaborate with the security monitoring team to monitor and analyse IAM metrics and logs to identify security issues;, Provide technical expertise and support to DevOps teams to ensure that IAM requirements are met during the development process;, Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in IAM technologies and risks and recommend changes to improve our IAM solutions.
