As an IAM Engineer, you will join a diverse and international team specializing in IAM technologies, primarily SailPoint IdentityIQ. Your role will involve safeguarding our information and assets against unauthorized access, security threats, and cyber attacks.

This role requires participating in 24-hour on-call duty - one week every month.

IAM DevOps Engineer

Your responsibilities

• Contribute to releases and bug fixes within the IAM tool workflow by using Java
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
• Manage, support, and implement Identity and Access Management solutions, including customizations in SailPoint IdentityIQ using Java
• Collaborate with small technical teams, contributing to the end-to-end design of infrastructure solutions while producing and maintaining documentation
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders on critical technical issues, helping to define success criteria and evaluate potential solutions and technologies through Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
• Monitor systems and platforms proactively to manage performance, availability, and capacity
• Respond swiftly to customer requests, resolve escalated incidents, and implement changes while maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction
• Understand, apply, and adhere to ITIL, GxP, and Project Management principles, including Request Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Document Management, Qualification and Validation
• Be available for 24x7 on-call support - approximately one week every month

Our requirements

• 5 years of experience in the IAM field
• experience with JAVA development
• Proficient in Identity Management methodologies and workflows, with experience in tools such as SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Commitment to continuously evolving and maintaining both technical and soft skills relevant to the position
• Experience in a major global organization, preferably within a regulated industry
• Proficiency in English
