We are looking for experienced, quick-learner 2nd line IAM support engineer to work closely with HSBC IAM Team in Germany.

Language: Next to good English skills, sufficient German skills are required to be able to read German documentation, tickets and emails and also to provide some responses in German, when needed.
responsibilities :
Support HSBC IAM Germany in: Performing diagnosis and resolving incidents, performing changes on IAM environment using local identity and access management system SAP IdM.
After trainings: understand the authorization concepts and many different access management specifics of the systems connected to SAP IdM.
Daily contact with operational teams.
requirements-expected :
German language (B1 at least).
Experience in Security/Identity and Access Management: Good understanding of IAM and Security concepts (like identity, access, least privilege, segregation of duties) models and frameworks.
Analytical skills: ability to conduct incident diagnosis in a timely manner.
Soft skills: eager and determined to solve cases and incidents, helpful to our internal customers and the team, able to work autonomously after having received initial training, interested to learn about new systems and their access management methods.
