We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IAM Engineer. As the foundational member, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing our IAM infrastructure from the ground up. responsibilities :
Develop and execute a comprehensive IAM strategy aligned with the organizations security goals and business objectives.
Design and implement a scalable and secure IAM architecture, incorporating industry best practices and standards.
Research, evaluate, and select appropriate IAM tools and technologies and lead their implementation and integration.
Establish and maintain robust processes for user provisioning, deprovisioning, access management, and privileged account management.
Define and enforce access control policies, ensuring least privilege and separation of duties principles are adhered to.
Implement strong authentication mechanisms (e.g., MFA) and authorization frameworks (RBAC) to protect sensitive resources.
Develop and maintain monitoring and reporting capabilities to identify security incidents, track access patterns, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Work closely with IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure IAM solutions meet their needs and address evolving threats.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM engineering, with a proven track record of designing and implementing IAM solutions.
Experience with SailPoint is required.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and technologies (e.g., directory services, authentication systems, access management tools).
Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure Active Directory) is a plus.
Security Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or related certifications are preferred.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
