The IAM & Systems Service Delivery Manager leads the implementation, operation, and optimization of Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and Operating Systems (Windows and Linux). The role focuses on ensuring the security, availability, and integrity of systems, while collaborating with IT leaders, architects, and strategic partners.
responsibilities :
Partner with IT leadership to execute technology strategies aligned with organizational goals
Ensure high availability, security, and performance of Cloud, IAM, and server environments
Lead the planning, deployment, and management of IAM and Cloud services for various projects
Develop and implement policies to improve system reliability and efficiency
Oversee resource management, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting, and optimizing solutions
Manage vendor/partner relationships, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
Contribute to strategic IT planning by analyzing current and future infrastructure needs
Identify cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives
Handle escalations and communications regarding system issues
requirements-expected :
10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IAM, and security solutions
Expertise in IAM (Okta, AD/Azure AD, MFA, SSO, PAM), Cloud (Azure, AWS), and OS management
Strong knowledge of IT operations lifecycle and best practices (ITIL)
Proven leadership in fast-paced environments, with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams
Fluent in English and experienced in international, multicultural work environments
