We’re looking for a proactive IAM Administrator to join our technical team. This role goes beyond basic support—you’ll take ownership of IAM solutions, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and work in close partnership with product teams and internal stakeholders. The position requires availability during US time zone working hours.
responsibilities :
Act as a key technical contact for IAM-related support and configuration.
Build strong relationships with assigned clients and ensure smooth platform usage.
Perform regular system health checks and monitor infrastructure components.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution.
Handle deployments, patches, and hotfixes across environments.
Keep clear documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Solid understanding of IAM (RBAC, PAM, SoD).
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to take ownership and work independently.
3+ years of technical experience with IAM solutions.
