I2C Collection Specialist (f/m/d)

Your role

• Send payment reminders and manage customer communication (phone/email)
• Negotiate payment plans and resolve issues
• Review aging reports, outstanding invoices and unallocated cash
• Calculate bad debt and propose write-offs
• Perform credit evaluations and manage risk
• Maintain accurate customer master data
• Prepare refunds for overpayments or returns

Your profile

• Proven experience in collections, credit control, accounts receivable or customer service ▪ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with accounting software, preferably SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English at an advanced level
• Another European language on intermediate to advanced level is a plus
• Hybrid work model (40% attendance rate for the month) and flexible start times
• Quarterly bonus system
