Qualifications:
Over three years of experience working in large-scale, complex enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience supporting global operations in a 24/7 environment.
Strong analytical capabilities, leveraging complex data to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and draw sound conclusions.
Proficient in network operating systems such as IOS and Aruba OS.
Expert understanding of carrier services, including SD-WAN, WAN circuits, MPLS, VPNs, VRFs, DWDM, Frame Relay, and Point-to-Point connections.
Exceptional customer service abilities, with a calm demeanor, the capacity to handle high-pressure situations, and a professional approach to client interactions.
Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and compliance standards, including ITIL and SOC requirements.
Nice to have:
Extensive knowledge of networking infrastructure vendors and their solutions, including Cisco, Aruba, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Riverbed, and Zscaler.
Certifications such as Network+, CCNA, and CCNP demonstrate a strong foundation in networking principles and practices.
Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, including SolarWinds and Riverbed.
Solid understanding of network load balancers and firewalls, with the ability to implement and troubleshoot these technologies effectively.
