Responsibilities

  1. Develop and refine hybrid cloud strategy and standards with a cloud-first and standardization mindset.
  2. Optimize performance, reliability, and security of hybrid cloud environments.
  3. Manage hardware and software lifecycles to maintain vendor support.
  4. Keep resources updated, patched, protected, and secure, and document all in CMDB.
  5. Optimize capacity with a FinOps approach.
  6. Integrate cloud services with on-premises infrastructure in collaboration with IAM and Cybersecurity teams.
  7. Follow technological trends that benefit ARYZTA.
  8. Initiate and execute demand-based projects.
  9. Act as provider manager and handle vendor contracts.
  10. Manage a hybrid team including staff, local IT team members, and contractors.
  11. Assist the Head of Technology Platforms with budgeting and people development.
  12. Collaborate with IT teams for seamless service delivery.
  13. Provide technical guidance and support.
  14. Maintain up-to-date documentation, knowledge base, ServiceNow, CMDB, and ARDOQ.
  15. Adhere to Group IT policies and Technology Platform Global Guidelines & Standards.

Minimum Qualifications

  1. Experience with complex and heterogeneous IT infrastructures.
  2. Hands-on experience managing hardware, virtualization (VMware), operating systems (MS Windows Server), databases (MS SQL Server), storage (Dell EMC), backup (Veeam), IaaS (MS Azure), SaaS (MS 365), administration and monitoring tools.
  3. Understanding of data centre facilities standards.
  4. Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure and landing zone definition.
  5. Knowledge of network architecture and security best practices.
  6. Experience with automation and orchestration tools.
  7. ITIL certified.
  8. Experienced in using ServiceNow.
  9. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  10. Solid experience in project management.
  11. Solid experience in vendor governance management.
  12. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
