For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Hardware Engineer

Location: Cracow

Work Mode: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Rate: 120 PLN/h net on B2B

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: standards

Team: 6–7 people, Agile methodology, daily stand-ups

• Polarion

What will you do:

1. Body Controller (Trucks) - Early-stage development project focused on designing electronics from scratch.

Key responsibilities:

• Electrical schematic design
• Digital and analog circuit design
• Lab work with electronic components
• Hardware testing and measurements
• Technical documentation analysis
• Signal processing and pin mapping
• Active participation in lab and measurement phases

2. Infotainment System (Trucks & Passenger Cars) - Development of cockpit functionalities including audio, WiFi, and Bluetooth.

Key responsibilities:

• Hardware verification and testing
• Validation support
• Troubleshooting, especially in EMI/EMC areas
• Collaboration within a multi-person team led by a project leader

What we expect from you:

• Engineering degree in Electronics or related field
• Experience in designing digital and analog circuits
• Experience in verification testing
• Understanding of EMI/EMC compliance (design-only experience is acceptable)
• Ability to operate basic measuring instruments
• Knowledge of CAD and simulation tools
• Fluent spoken and written English

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with high-performance microcontrollers
• Familiarity with Automotive Standards (including Functional Safety)
• Strong problem-solving skills, especially in EMI/EMC domain
