The company operates a large industrial complex in Płock, which includes extensive facilities requiring advanced HVAC systems.

Position Overview: As an HVAC Project Manager at PKN Orlen in Płock, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing HVAC projects within the companys industrial complex. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, coordinating, and executing HVAC installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across various facilities.

WYMAGANIA

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in project management, specifically in HVAC systems installation and maintenance within industrial settings.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including design principles, equipment selection, and installation practices.
• Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, budget management, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to HVAC systems and industrial projects.

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Develop comprehensive project plans for HVAC installations and upgrades, considering timelines, resources, and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including engineering teams, procurement, and operations, to align project objectives with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety guidelines throughout project execution.

Execution and Management:

• Oversee the execution of HVAC projects, managing contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve project milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify workmanship and compliance with specifications.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast financial requirements for HVAC projects.
• Optimize resource allocation, including manpower and equipment, to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and negotiate contracts to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and progress reports.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, highlighting project status, key metrics, and potential issues requiring attention.
• Facilitate post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project success and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges effectively to ensure alignment and transparency across all levels of the organization.
