They are in need of an additional Project Manager to manage and oversee several installation projects across London.

Air Conditioning and Ventilation specialist business providing design, installation, and servicing of air conditioning and ventilation solutions. Office based in NW London. Projects range from £50k - £3m. Growing business which presents opportunity for progression.

Responsibilities:

1. To oversee and manage the delivery of up to 6 projects at any one time with an overall value of up to £2m.
2. Reporting to Operations Director.
3. Must have previous experience working on similar projects.
4. HVAC or Mechanical background required.
5. Responsible for Sub-contract management.
