We are looking for a Hungarian VIP Account Manager who will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian both written and spoken;
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Being able to search and find solutions to customers’ issues;
- Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs;
- Monitor customers’ performance and behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting;
- Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations;
- Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage.
