Humanitarian Affairs Advisor

- Strategic Advising: Offer strategic guidance to the Head of Regional Delegation and Communication and Prevention manager, focusing on acceptance and influence strategies within the countries west of Ukraine.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Lead in developing relationships with government officials, UN agencies, NGOs
- Policy and Diplomacy: Craft and implement diplomatic and policy strategies that enhance the delegation's influence and engagement with key actors.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various organization departments to align efforts and integrate strategic priorities into external communications and engagements.
- Analysis and Reporting: Provide insightful analysis on political and humanitarian contexts, advising on strategic directions and potential partnerships.
- Representation: Represent theorganizacji in key forums and discussions, effectively communicating complex issues to a diverse audience.
- A university degree (BA and/or MA) in Law, International Relations, Humanitarian Studies, Political Science, or another relevant discipline.
- Experience: 8 years" experience in humanitarian action or political affairs.
- Strong strategic thinking, diplomatic skills, and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Language: C1 level of English and Polish.
- Deep understanding of humanitarian issues, international relations, and the operational context
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a complex and changing environment.
