Human Resources Manager (Headquarter-Poland)

The Human Resources Manager plays a critical role in overseeing all aspects of the HR function within an organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organizations goals and objectives. Provide input into the overall business strategy, ensuring HR initiatives support long-term growth and success.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations. Ensure consistent application and adherence to policies across the organization, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure effective performance and professional development. Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Handle complex employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, such as recognition programs and career development opportunities.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback mechanisms. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to improve performance and productivity.
  • Training and Development: Identify training and development needs, design and deliver training programs, and coordinate employee development initiatives. Partner with internal stakeholders to provide learning opportunities that support career growth and skill enhancement.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary planning, incentive schemes, and employee benefits packages. Conduct salary benchmarking and stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HRIS and analytics tools to gather and analyze HR data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Prepare regular reports and dashboards on key HR metrics, trends, and performance indicators for senior management.
  • Legal Compliance and Risk Management: Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure legal compliance and mitigate HR-related risks. Partner with legal counsel as needed to address compliance issues and minimize liabilities.
  • Change Management: Support organizational changes, such as mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring initiatives, by providing HR expertise and guidance. Manage communication plans and employee engagement activities to facilitate smooth transitions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 8 years working experience in HR management roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations within the financial services industry, preferably in brokerage or investment firms.
  • Demonstrated leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team and drive HR initiatives forward.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding strategic solutions to complex HR challenges.
  • Ethical conduct and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR information.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and regulatory environments while maintaining a focus on compliance and risk management.
