Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Generalist HR role.
  • Proven track record of managing HR processes and administration.
  • Strong familiarity with HR analytics and automation technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, performance reviews, and compliance.
  • Automate key HR processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the organization.
  • Build scalable HR infrastructure to support the rapid growth of the company.
  • Oversee HR administration across various jurisdictions and manage payroll and compensation data.
  • Support performance management and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.
  • Utilize HR analytics to improve reporting and decision-making.
  • Implement automation tools using HRM, ATS, and Jira for effective workflow management.
