As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with People Partners and leaders, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations while cultivating a positive and compliant work environment at the company’s Polish headquarters.

Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with Polish labor law and internal procedures.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation in line with GDPR and company policies.
- Coordinate leaves of absence, probationary tracking, and performance milestones.
- Collaborate with payroll to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
People Support & Compliance
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, escalating complex matters when needed.
- Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal standards.
- Partner with People Business Partners on employee relations and policy interpretation.
- Communicate and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Office & Workplace Administration
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a welcoming, efficient work environment.
- Support Health & Safety programs in partnership with EHS teams.
- Coordinate logistics for visitors, office supplies, and company events.
Requirements
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 3 years of experience in a generalist or HR operations role, ideally in an international company.
- Solid understanding of Polish Labor Code (Kodeks Pracy) and HR-related regulations.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
Skills & Mindset
- Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑centric approach.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
