We are looking for HR team player will join our Cubic site in Szczecin - we are looking for YOU !

You will take a role that is combining HRG responsibilities with some aspects of Talent Acquisition. This requires a high degree of proficiency and autonomy to be primary Human Resources partner dedicated to local facility.

You will report directly to Director, HR Business Partner.

Your Responsibilities:

• Daily support for the managers and employees and be the HR reference person for the business leader of a certain business/function
• Partner with managers on recruitment processes, talent review discussions, succession planning, career pathing and employee development
• Provide support for corporate programs/initiatives, and support managers to create and maintain a safe, positive, inclusive, and engaging environment
• Provide guidance to managers on performance management and actions required for improvement and manage terminations and reductions in force, including planning, costing, and documentation
• Ensure local policies, procedures and employment documents are up to date according to local legal requirements and support data collection and analysis for such things as investigations, legal reviews, tax audits, EHS requirements, compensation guidance and decisions

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Human Resources or related field)
• Expected 3- 5 years HR generalist experience (in production environment)
• Fluent written and oral English

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Knowledge of HR processes including recruitment, performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, team building, employee development and facilitation
• Adaptability and good attitude when facing challenges
• Good communication and ability to adapt to different levels and styles
• Strong influencing capabilities
