The Employee/HR Partner is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment by engaging with employees, addressing their needs, and supporting their professional growth. As an Employee Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring employee satisfaction, retention, and overall success. As Employee/HR Partner, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure the implementation of effective HR strategies that align with business goals and promote a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities
- Onboarding and Orientation: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and its culture, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation, and facilitating the completion of required documents. Support offboarding processes as needed.
- Employee Engagement: Collaborate with various departments to create and implement engagement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and commitment.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between employees and management, ensuring effective communication of company policies, updates, and important information.
- Conflict Resolution: Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner, promoting a harmonious work atmosphere.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with employees at all levels, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for their needs.
- Performance Management: Work with managers to identify performance gaps, develop improvement plans, and ensure fair and consistent performance management practices.
- Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and communication of HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Wellness Initiatives: Collaborate with D&I team to develop and promote wellness programs that prioritize the physical and mental well‑being of employees.
- Data Analysis: Utilize employee feedback and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and make data‑driven recommendations for improvements.
- Change Management: Assist in managing organizational changes, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition for employees.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Advocate for diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization, promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace for all employees.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and distribute HR‑related documents, including employment contracts annexures, and termination letters.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in benefits enrollment processes, communicate benefit information to employees, and support the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations by maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge and contributing to HR processes that meet legal requirements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate HR filing systems, both electronically and in physical files.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field will be a plus.
- Proven experience in HR, employee engagement, or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- English language fluency both in spoken and written.
- Strong sense of ownership and results‑driven mindset.
