The scope of responsibilities of this position includes planning, developing, implementing, and executing HR standards and processes resulting from the adopted human resources management policy in business areas through coordination, monitoring, enforcement, and daily business support. Adapting HR policies and tools to create optimal conditions for achieving business goals. Comprehensive support and advice on ensuring competence development and employee retention to achieve business goals, coordination of development and talent processes. Being a strategic partner for the business - creating solutions.

What will you be responsible for?
- Planning and implementing tools, standards, and processes resulting from the adopted human resources management policy (including employee recruitment and retention, employee training and development, coordinating structural changes, terminating employment contracts, recruiting employees, conducting onboarding, and change management).
- Ensuring two-way communication between the HR department and managers and employees. Recommending changes to HR tools and procedures resulting from changing business needs in order to retain employees in the organization and prevent turnover.
- Recommending training and development solutions to the business based on the needs of teams, taking into account budget, available tools, and market trends. Defining talent, successors, critical individuals, low and high performers with the business and recommending actions. Supporting managers in preparing individual development plans for successors, talents, key people, and critical positions.
- Acting as an advisor to managers and recommending solutions in employee matters: managing difficult situations related to any abuse and inappropriate behavior of employees (e.g., mobbing, conflict management) - identifying risks, counteracting, responding.
- Researching business needs and recommending appropriate HR solutions based on conclusions from indicator analysis, market trends, approved tools and guidelines, and labor law regulations (e.g., hiring, onboarding, development, contract changes, remuneration, development plans, corrective plans, recruitment).
- Providing recommendations based on management information to support decision-making and ensure the effectiveness of organizational structures. Initiating necessary optimization measures (absenteeism, turnover, etc.).
- Building and deepening knowledge about the business areas served.
- Ensuring the implementation of budget assumptions and the effective use of headcount in the areas served.
What is important for us?
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a company with a complex structure.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to draw conclusions from HR indicator analysis.
- Strategic thinking skills, taking into account the organizations strategic plans.
- Very good time management skills.
- Communicative English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work under time pressure and high stress resistance.

- Ability to find solutions in difficult and non-standard situations.
