Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Human Resources Advisor to join our Global People & Culture Team, to lead on all regional P&C matters relating to our Poland business.
Please be advised that this is a remote working role - however travel to sites located in the Warsaw region (and possibly occasionally further afield) will be required.
Job Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Serves as the primary tactical HR contact for the designated business unit, providing broad HR support for staffing, compensation, development, employee relations, and other HR issues.
- Responsible for all hands-on activity related to the employee lifecycle within the region.
- Engages with business leaders to anticipate and address people issues associated with achieving business goals.
- Acts as a liaison to other human resources functions when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Competency Requirements
- Broad HR knowledge of the human resources field, employment law regulations, and HR best practices in staffing, training/development, compliance, compensation, benefit, HR technology, and employee and labor relations.
- Hands-on approach to all HR tasks.
- Skill in problem-solving, project planning and execution, process improvement, change management, platform training, diplomacy; emotional intelligence would be advantageous.
- Ability to explain complex issues simply, work independently and creatively.
Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business.
- Five years’ experience in generalist or HR business partner roles.
- PHR or SPHR certified OR Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
