Role

We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to support our Sales Region Eastern Europe and assembly in Tomaszów Mazowiecki. As HRBP, you will be the primary HR contact supporting around 160 employees in 7 countries. You’ll work closely with local leadership to drive initiatives that enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention, while ensuring alignment with global HR standards and local compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement global HR initiatives locally, adapting to market and legal requirements
  • Partner with leaders on hiring, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and compensation reviews
  • Support organisational development, employee engagement, and change management activities
  • Lead talent development efforts, identify high-potential individuals, and build succession pipelines
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, track progress, and propose corrective actions where needed
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and governance, maintaining up-to-date documentation
  • Advise on employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism
  • Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience
  • Coordinate personnel administration processes (preparing contracts and addendums, timely implementation of health and safety training and health examinations), benefits and payroll support for Poland

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience as Junior HR Business Partner or HR Specialist willing to develop further
  • Fluent Polish and very good English (at a level of fluent communication)
  • Understanding of HR processes, documentation standards, and data confidentiality
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant educational background
  • Ability to plan, set priorities, and meet deadlines
