TEAM & ROLE OVERVIEW

The Campus Recruitment team identifies, attracts, and recruits undergraduates and full-time Analysts to the firm. We drive initiatives in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Goldman Sachs has a high calibre, diverse and robust candidate pipeline. We partner Our team sources strong and diverse talent for our global internship programme and full‑time campus classes through relationship building with key university stakeholders and high‑impact campus events.

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is an exciting new opportunity to join our Warsaw campus recruiting team – we are seeking an experienced, hands‑on recruiter who enjoys defining the strategy with business leaders, being creative in developing and maintaining candidate pipelines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with a variety of our Warsaw business leadership groups, to source and attract strong talent into the location. They will have responsibility for maintaining and developing key relationships with senior stakeholders and will execute the recruitment cycle in close conjunction with key partners across the business, HCM, and global counterparts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End to end project management of key recruitment pipelines across our European offices with a predominant focus on Warsaw (e.g. Interns, New Analysts and Associates), including attraction, hiring processes and ongoing candidate management/pipelining
  • Build relationships with key recruiting contacts and senior stakeholders within the business and partner with them on recruiting strategies and business plans
  • Ensure strategic and innovative focus on diversity recruiting efforts across the region, including building out our university strategy in locations where we’ve historically had a smaller presence
  • Manage planning and execution of internship programmes throughout the year to ensure an excellent experience for the interns and to ensure the business is building a full‑time talent pipeline
  • Partner with the business on headcount and business planning to ensure hiring needs are met across business lines
  • Keep abreast of trends in recruitment, market intelligence and competitor benchmarking
  • Project manage, host and attend campus events across schools in multiple locations (e.g. information sessions, workshops, case studies, presentations etc.)
  • Build relationships at key university career services and student societies to ensure GS is always represented in a positive and professional way
  • Work with the business to highlight strong candidates on campus and ultimately develop and coach them throughout the process
  • Manage interview and offer process for candidates applying for aligned locations / division
  • Ensure a consistent, structured process is followed and that interviewers are suitably trained to perform their role
  • Monitor and help drive the “sell” process for all candidates once an offer has been extended
  • Work with team members from the cross‑divisional recruiting team on projects such as off cycle intern programming, intern performance review processes and process improvement ideas
  • Maintain and produce reports analysing key recruitment metrics and KPIs
  • Acquire expertise in global recruiting technology platforms

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Functional expertise: minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience

  • Partnering with clients and colleagues: solid communication, presentation and relationship management skills; client facing and credible; strong negotiation skills; ability to develop internal and external relationships; ability to manage diverse stakeholders and to build networks quickly
  • Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
  • Critical analysis, forward thinking; ability to foresee the impact of emerging trends/patterns
  • Strong team player: ability to work effectively in a team with all levels across multiple locations
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline driven and fast paced environment
  • Must be fluent in English. Fluency in Polish is also preferred, but not mandatory

PREFERRED

  • Results‑orientated: ability to handle multiple, time‑sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients
  • Strong project management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and project plan on an annual basis
  • Commercial awareness: ability to maximise ROI from efforts on campus and maintain focus on annual recruiting priorities
  • Broad knowledge of the financial services industry; knowledge of campus recruiting / Polish recruitment landscape
  • Occasional travel during campus marketing season required
