Hugo Boss Accountant (f/m/d) – Full‑time, starting 01.01.2026, Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Booking of bank statements, cash reports, and reconciliation of credit card payments in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Preparing statutory periodic reports, including GUS and NBP reporting, in collaboration with the Shared Service Center.
• Participation in financial projects and tax topics (CIT & VAT).
• Assistance with month‑, quarter‑, and year‑end closings, including document organization and archiving.
• Managing the accounting departments email inbox and supporting store and office employees in financial matters.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in finance, economics, or business administration, preferably with a focus on Finance & Accounting.
• Knowledge of accounting law regulations and initial professional experience in this area.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English, with a positive attitude towards work and development in the accounting profession.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
