We are a fast-growing HubSpot Diamond Partner with a never-ending search for excellence that gives us the ability to adapt and innovate in highly dynamic markets.

MAN Digital is currently looking for a remote worker to join their team in the position of HubSpot Specialist (RevOps Consultant).

Responsibilities

• Identify, implement, and lead business improvement initiatives that enable and support revenue growth, including Reporting, GTM segmentation, operations, and business transformation initiatives of our customer.
• Identify marketing, sales, and service processes to assess gaps and prioritize revenue opportunities.
• Provide excellent project management and timely implementation of the revenue strategies developed and executed with your team.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Sales Operations (analytics forecasting, goals, sales process) or Marketing Operations (lead scoring, workflows, attribution, reporting, campaign setup, landing pages) roles with HubSpot, for B2B Companies.
• 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales & Marketing Hub knowledge required; Service & CMS Hub is a plus).
• Ability to document automated workflows/processes in HubSpot/CRM and their integrated technologies.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with short lead time requests and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify true clients needs through interviews.
• Skilled at translating technical terms into non-technical, business-oriented outcomes.
• Get things done attitude.
• Polish language skills would be an advantage.
