Full ownership and development of the HubSpot CRM + Marketing Hub system (administration, integrations, pipelines, automations, reports, user management).
Audit and optimize the current HubSpot setup - identify improvement areas and lead implementation.
Design and deploy cross-department workflows connecting marketing, sales, and customer success (e.g., lead handoff, onboarding, upsell alerts, support feedback loops).
Build and optimize data flow and lead management processes across teams.
Support Go-To-Market initiatives by designing automations, integrations, and reporting.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to leverage automation and improve operational efficiency.
Create dashboards and reports.
Ensure CRM data quality and consistency through regular monitoring and governance practices.
WYMAGANIA:
What we expect:
Fluent English (C1 level is a must).
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM + Marketing Hub) - setup, automation, and integrations.
Proven experience in CRM audits, data management, and process optimization.
Excellent knowledge of Workflows, Custom Properties, Reporting, Lead Scoring.
Strong understanding of lead management, sales, and customer success processes.
Analytical mindset and ability to turn insights into process improvements.
Proactivity, independence, and ownership.
Nice to have:
HubSpot Academy certifications (CRM Implementation, RevOps, Data Quality).
Experience in a start-up / scale-up environment.
Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar.
