The RAY ALLEN HubSpot Administrator/Developer is responsible for managing, optimizing, and customizing the HubSpot platform to drive marketing, sales, and service operations.

Platform Management:
Develop and implement custom HubSpot modules, templates, and landing pages
Configure and maintain HubSpot CRM, including properties, workflows, and automation
Manage data integrity, segmentation, and integration with other systems
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
Development & Integration
Create custom solutions using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms and APIs
Build and optimize workflows and automation processes
Develop and maintain custom objects and datasets
Strategic Operations
Collaborate with marketing, sales and delivery teams to define requirements
Create and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs
Optimize lead generation and customer engagement processes
Provide training and support to end users
requirements-expected :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2-3 years of HubSpot development/administration experience
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integrations
Strong understanding of HubSpots CRM and marketing tools
Experience with data migration, mapping, and third-party integrations
