The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

• Provide answers and solutions to incoming queries from EMEA via phone, chat, and the HR Hub system, primarily for German‑speaking employees and managers.
• Navigate supervisors and employees in the HR system – Workday.
• Perform administrative tasks such as approving requisitions, preparing generic documents, processing simple HR transactions, and administering e‑learning courses.
• Administrate electronic personnel files, including sorting, archiving, and scanning according to an agreed schedule.

Your Skills And Expertise

Minimum qualifications:

• Fluency in German (B2/C1 level is a must).
• English at B2 level.
• Previous experience in HR (nice to have).

• Problem‑solving skills.

Work location

• Location: Wrocław
• Work Your Way – Hybrid (rotational work on site 1–2 days a week pre‑agreed with the team).
• Relocation assistance may be authorized.

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
